Cross Country Coach

Coach Aaron Pierce is a Dominican High School alumnus. He has been coaching at various levels since 2004, with the 2026 season being his 21st season of Cross Country coaching, his 12th at Dominican and 6th as Head Coach. With DHS since 2015, Coach Aaron has contributed to 15 All-Conference honors, and six instances of runners qualifying for the WIAA State Meet. Coach Aaron is also the distance coach for the Dominican Track & Field team.

A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, Coach Aaron was a four year member of the Cross Country team at Stritch, earning the award for Most Improved Runner and Most Valuable Runner in his last two seasons with the team.
